Mr. Amitabh is an entrepreneur working in the field of fashion and fabric industry. He is an engineering graduate by education and entrepreneur by choice. He is also Governing council member and treasure in School of Management Sciences Society. A philanthropic society which runs Management, Engineering and Fashion Technology institutions in Varanasi and Lucknow.
Mr. Amitabh is CEO of SMS Institute of Fashion Design and Technology, an institution which is dedicated to providing quality fashion education to young students and give them opportunities to pursue their career with the fashion industry and also provide opportunities and support to set up their own start up.
Mr. Amitabh, the Managing Director of Sorreal Systems Pvt. Ltd. SSPL is a leading name in Banaras Silk fabric manufacturing industry. He is the President of Eastern UP Exporters Association, the largest association of exporters in this part of the country. He has the rare honor of presiding this prestigious organization twice. During his earlier tenure as presidentship he has encouraged many weavers to become part of this elite body of exporters.
Sorreal System Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading design houses in Varanasi. It has many expert designers who bring out exclusive and new designs and is among the finest design houses of Varanasi. Sorreal Systems is providing direct employment to 100s of weavers, whom it considers as its partners.
Sorreal Systems Pvt. Ltd. is also coming up with a Fashion and Design Institute in association with its mother organization, School of Management Sciences. This institute would further help the business interest of Banaras fabric and provide avenues to artisans, weavers and designers.

Krishna Kant Bajpai is the Director of SIFDT, and an accomplished professional with over 31 years of experience spanning Information Technology, Management, and Documentary Film Making. A multidisciplinary creative and academic, he brings together expertise in education, media, and the arts.

He began his professional journey working with leading organizations such as NIIT, CMC Limited, and Jetking. For more than 25 years, he has been associated with the SMS Group of Institutions, the parent organization of SIFDT, where he previously served as an Associate Professor.

Beyond academics, Mr. Bajpai works as a Management Consultant, specializing in branding, positioning, and digital marketing strategies. He has conducted several marketing and research projects for both private enterprises and government organizations, helping them develop effective communication and brand strategies.

Creatively, he is deeply involved in film and media production and is part of the team at the film production house 24Ours, where he contributes as a Creative Producer. He writes songs, stories, and screenplays, and is currently developing multiple film scripts, including one exploring Banaras and the philosophy of Kabir in a contemporary context. He is also working on a television series centered on Sufi traditions and mysticism.

A passionate photographer, Mr. Bajpai specializes in fashion, portrait, and street photography. His artistic pursuits extend further into painting, pencil and pen sketching, and clay sculpture, reflecting a deep engagement with visual arts.

He is also a prolific writer, poet, and blogger, sharing his thoughts and creative work through his blog (http://resurgantindia.blogspot.com/. In addition to his creative and academic work, he regularly delivers lectures and talks on leadership, motivation, and management, inspiring students, professionals, and entrepreneurs.

A dedicated music enthusiast, he enjoys listening to Indian and Western classical music, jazz, ghazals, and Hindi film songs, which continue to influence his creative sensibilities.

A Graduate from reputed FDDI. Shubham has extensive industry experience in various profiles associated with the business of fashion and design. Shubham has worked as an Assistant Fashion designer with illustrious designer Ms. Reena Dhaka. following which he worked with CityKart Pvt. Ltd. as Visual Merchandiser, before joining Liberty Pvt. Limited as Graphic Designer.

Mr. Shubham is an expert in Design Software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, he is also adept in Pattern Making and Sewing Technology

An MCA from School of Management Sciences, Sonam loves to interact with students; she is good at counselling and is very patient with students. She loves to dance and enjoys old Hindi film music. She also has particular interest in designing and is also part of SIFDT Fashion Design Team.

.Aditi is a fashion design graduate with a keen eye for styling and surface ornamentation. At SIFDT, she plays a pivotal role as the Manager of Marketing and Corporate Relations, where she also leads the internship and placement initiatives for students. Her deep understanding of fashion and her ability to forge strong industry partnerships make her a valuable bridge between students and the professional world.

With her dynamic networking skills and excellent public relations acumen, Aditi actively engages with leading designers, brands, and organizations to create meaningful collaborations, guest lectures, and placement opportunities. Her approach blends creativity with strategy, supporting the institute’s mission to provide real-world exposure and industry readiness to aspiring fashion professionals.
